I discovered WINGS in 2004 while searching for a better priced titanium exhaust for my 640 Adventure. When I saw the quality of this European crafted pipe I ordered from abroad, I knew immediately these need to be offered introduced to Australian KTM riders.
These silencers simply have it all.. Quality build, strength, performance, great sound, light weight. There is no better silencer built regardless of price. Mine has been on my bike for 4 years and 70,000kms, many of them on fast, bumpy outback tracks, and it's still as solid as the day I bolted it on, not a speck of corrosion either. For this reason, I have personally increased the warranty to "as long as you own your KTM". Can the overpriced competition say that too??

WINGS products can't be found in any catalogue (and they never will be) because they are not a mass product. We take the time to produce according to our high quality standards. We are continuously developing and improving our mufflers especially tailored to KTM. They are available exclusively in Titanium because of its outstanding characteristics (lightness, resistance to corrosion, resistance to mechanical influences, durability). Weight reduction exceeds 50% in comparison to original stainless steel mufflers. Even after several hours of riding Wings silencers are only warm (outer sleeve can be touched with bare hands) in comparison to originals. We are using only the best materials in the best combinations possible.
For instance, we have improved the muffler filling and now it has 3 layers: the first layer (15%) is INOX wool for optimal heat dispersion, the second layer (35%) is voluminized CERAMIC yarn woven and sewn to a mat for maximum heat resistance and the third layer (50%) is a mat made of voluminized E-GLASS for the best sound absorption. For the end caps we chose carbon-fiber because of its extremely low weight and excellent ability to take any shape.
Beside the well known oval shaped mufflers we offer you the new NOS* mufflers. They are aggressive, sharp looking silencers which correspond flawlessly with the KTM lines. NOS* mufflers were not designed to fit the Japanese best seller bikes and were later adapted to KTM. Just the opposite, they were meant for KTM from the first sketch. KTM bikes are aknowledged for their advanced design, therefore WINGS has created the mufflers with distinguished shape as well."
